For Amazon Agencies

A sourcing operator for your whole client roster.

Run sourcing and shipping for every Amazon brand you manage through one account manager, one vetting standard and one consolidated invoice, with reporting you can put your own name on.

Eleven brands, eleven suppliers.

Agencies scale their service layer and inherit their clients supply chains wholesale. That is where the operational drag comes from.

No shared standard

Every client arrives with their own factory, their own forwarder and their own definition of acceptable quality. Nothing is comparable across accounts.

You absorb the chasing

Your team becomes the switchboard between a client, a supplier and a forwarder. Unpaid coordination that scales linearly with headcount.

You carry the blame

When a shipment lands late or defective, the client calls you. You had no visibility, no leverage and no way to have caught it.

One desk behind every account.

Your clients get a specialist. You get the margin, the reporting and none of the chasing.

01

One point of contact

The person who quotes a shipment is the person who chases it, across every brand on your roster.

02

One vetting standard

The same factory checks, the same AQL and the same landed-cost model applied to every client account.

03

White-label reporting

Inspection reports, cost models and shipment updates issued under your brand, ready to forward to the client.

04

Consolidated commercials

One monthly invoice across all accounts, with referral or margin-share terms agreed upfront.

Scope

Slots in behind your existing service.

We do not touch listings, PPC, creative or account management. We take the part of the job your team is least equipped to carry and least paid to do.

From pilot account to full roster.

01

Pilot

Start with one client and one shipment. No roster commitment until it has actually run.

02

Standardise

We document the vetting and QC standard and agree the reporting template with your team.

03

Onboard

Remaining clients migrate at their own reorder cadence. No forced switchover.

04

Operate

Monthly reporting, one invoice, one contact. Your team stops being the switchboard.

Agency-side questions.

Want this walked through on a call?

No. We work behind you unless you explicitly introduce us. Reporting is white-labelled, our name does not appear on client-facing documents by default, and we will sign a non-solicitation agreement before the pilot if you want it in writing.

Two options. Either you resell at your own margin and we invoice you wholesale, or we invoice the client directly and pay you a referral share. Both are documented before the first shipment. We do not take supplier-side commission in either case.

No, and we would advise against it. Start with one client and one shipment. Remaining accounts migrate at their own reorder cadence so nothing is disrupted mid-cycle.

That is common and usually fine. We audit the existing factory and work with it. Changing supplier is a recommendation we make when the numbers support it, not a precondition of working together.

Yes. Each shipment gets a reference the client can enter on a tracking page, white-labelled to your domain if you want it. They see status, location and ETA without seeing commercial detail.

It starts paying from around three or four brands with regular reorder cycles. Below that, the coordination overhead you are carrying probably is not large enough to be worth outsourcing yet.

There is a version of this built for brands.
